In the old city of Patras our technical Office was inspired and created the idea of Urban Loft. The need for functional configuration of an area of 46 square meters was the basic starting point, as a requirement of the owners to build industrial loft character aiming to balance aesthetics with functionality, using unpretentious decoration.
The elements that have dominated the space '' spreads '' on two levels is the single wooden floor and an industrial, straight ladder placed next to the wall, in light-colored solid wood, which gives a particular tone with the simplicity of the site. Concrete, metal and glass. These are the basic building blocks with which our group leaned over to create a bioclimatic building, despite the hardness of the material, has a unique plasticity and manages to penetrate light unimpeded into the space, which diffused highlighting the simplicity and purity of design. The function modules of the residence are organized into two main levels, with the ground floor containing the open plan living area and kitchen and the floor of the master bedroom. The open space allows the uninterrupted visual contact with the concept of traffic coursing through the House. The Minimal Look managed to give a Visual without restrictions while approached flawlessly simplification, clarity and serenity that should exudes a residence.
The Urban Loft created with the authority to "fitted" with the bare essentials to live, based on the desire of their owners, and we implemented within 46 m2, where via scattered light from the large Windows and doors "opened", using natural materials, uniform daring surfaces, earthy simplicity and design options, delivered to the owners a choice of simplicity and distinguishable life dynamics that exudes austerity our whole philosophy.
